After taking Orgain plant based protein for over a year, I can honestly say I love it! Not only does it taste good, but I recover over night every time. It is a great way to start my day in the morning, and a great addition to my shake after the gym.
This is how my days usually begin (blended together):
- Almond Breeze Almondmilk, Unsweetened Original
- Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder
- Chia Seeds
- Ground Flaxseed
- PBfit Organic All-Natural Peanut Butter Powder
- Garden of Life Multivitamin for Men
Start your day with 1 serving size of each of these and you should feel better and better as time passes, from bowel movements to overall energy.
After the gym, I make a more stripped down version with some electrolytes (blended together):
- Almond Breeze Almondmilk, Unsweetened Original
- Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder
- Coconut Water
