Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder Review – Vegan Gains

After taking Orgain plant based protein for over a year, I can honestly say I love it! Not only does it taste good, but I recover over night every time. It is a great way to start my day in the morning, and a great addition to my shake after the gym.

This is how my days usually begin (blended together):

  1. Almond Breeze Almondmilk, Unsweetened Original
  2. Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder
  3. Chia Seeds
  4. Ground Flaxseed
  5. PBfit Organic All-Natural Peanut Butter Powder
  6. Garden of Life Multivitamin for Men

Start your day with 1 serving size of each of these and you should feel better and better as time passes, from bowel movements to overall energy.

After the gym, I make a more stripped down version with some electrolytes (blended together):

  1. Almond Breeze Almondmilk, Unsweetened Original
  2. Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder
  3. Coconut Water

According to the label the protein alone has:

  • 21g Organic Plant Based Protein, 5g Organic Fiber, 3g Net Carbs, 150 Calories per Serving
  • Gluten Free, Kosher, Vegan, Non-GMO, Soy Free
  • USDA Organic

Add the nutrition from the other 5 ingredients, and you have one potent way to start your day.
